Blending the art and science of performance and well-being, I use my knowledge and elite-level coaching to teach my clients how to holistically create a pain-free & sustainable approach towards a happy and healthy life.

Using corrective exercise, high-performance conditioning and rehabilitation, stress management, with diet and lifestyle coaching , I help my clients overcome issues such as weight-gain, fatigue, depression, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances to create vibrant health and balance.

I am not your typical personal trainer or health coach. I am here to teach you how to create health and vitality in your life while getting clear on what makes you happy, energetic and successful. My Philosophy and Approach

Using my training from the CHEK Institute, I use a set of comprehensive physical, emotional, and nutritional evaluations to effectively evaluate, treat, and coach each of my clients on their unique individual imbalances and goals.

Unlike many personal trainers or health coaches, I view the body as a “system of systems” which is vastly interconnected, with each subsystem having direct impacts on the others as it relates to diet, exercise, stress, and happiness.

Much of my training can be boiled down to optimizing the 6 Foundational Principles of Health as they relate to our own goals: Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Effective Thinking, Breath, and Movement. I specialize in coaching my clients’ in the proper execution of exercise to improve posture, strength, stability while reducing their likelihood of injury with corrective exercise and stretching.

With many of my client’s, we will dive into the root causes of our symptoms, pains, and struggles. Whether that is related to our experiences with food and diets, inactivity and exercise, daily habits, core values, personal and professional relationships, sleep and rest schedules, and much more. This type of investigation and self-reflection, in my opinion leads to the most meaningful and long-lasting change in our lifestyle and health.

Not Just Any Other Coach….

In the never-ending pursuit of knowledge, I am consistently learning and growing from mentors and leaders in the fields of health, wellness, fitness, psychology, philosophy, and ancestral wisdom through coaching, podcasts, books and the like.

Growing up playing high-level ice hockey in Pittsburgh, PA I have a love for athletics such as hockey, golf, rugby, tennis, and many others and treasure helping us all become better athletes through balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and agility.

I have developed a fascination of anthropology, evolution, indigenous living, eating, and how we can blend modern science with the ancestral wisdom of the past to return us back to creatures for and of nature. I believe everyone can use a little more sun-lit, barefoot walks in nature to help us connect and revitalize our health.

I also love play and games as a way to express my inner-child and creativity. Sequence, monopoly, fries-bee, balance beams, and hand-eye coordination games are some of the things I am currently enjoying.
